At Cacles, we want you to fully enjoy your new shoes. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, don't worry! We offer easy options for returning your order.

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your package to request a return. Simply ensure the footwear is returned to us in perfect, unworn condition, with its original tags and inside its box, protected by shipping packaging (box, bag, or envelope).

How to start your return? It's very easy!

Just follow these simple steps on our Returns Portal (link here: [https://returns.itsrever.com/caclesbarefoot]). Our return portal is available in English, Italian, German, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

1. Choose the product you want to return: Select the item from your order that you wish to return.
2. Select the reason for the return: Briefly tell us why you want to return the product. This helps us improve.
3. Review your shipping details: Make sure your contact information and address are correct.
4. Refund: We will refund the full amount of the shoes once we receive and inspect them in our warehouse (this usually takes around 14 calendar days from receipt). With this option, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

✨ Super tip: If you want to save money on the return fee and receive your refund right after shipment, , choose the Gift Card method. In this case, we will send you a shipping label by email. Once you send the package, we will email you your Gift Card for the full value of your purchase! You can use it whenever you want for your next pair of shoes.

If you made a mistake when choosing the refund type, no problem! Contact us, and if we haven't processed the refund yet, we'll change it. Please note that the conditions and costs of the new chosen method will apply. Once the refund has been issued, we cannot make any modifications.

What are the costs and refund times?

We use the UPS services for international returns. Home Pick up or Drop off point.

Here's a summary of the costs and timelines:

Orders outside European Union are non-returnable. All overseas orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. International customers are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred if a parcel is refused or returned to us for any reason.

A little reminder:

For us to accept your return, the shoes must be unworn and in their complete original packaging. We will not be able to accept returns of footwear with dirty soles or insoles, signs of use, without their original box, or with the label stuck directly onto the box.

Returns are only for footwear. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of accessories (such as socks or insoles).

We will not be able to accept returns outside the indicated timeframe, of different orders grouped together, or those we have no record of. We also will not accept returns with postage due or pending customs charges.

Need an Exchange?

Currently, the exchange system is only available in mainland Spain, but we will gradually be expanding to more territories.
