The actual shoe has a bit more internal capacity, especially in length and the volume of the front area. To find your perfect barefoot size, measure your foot and add these recommended allowances:

For length: add between 0.8 cm and 1.2 cm to your foot measurement.
For width: add a minimum of 0.3 cm.
